This Billing Terms & Conditions agreement governs the payment transactions between you (the "Customer") and Esboor, owned and operated by GB STRINGS LIMITED. By placing an order on esboor.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 100% Price Transparency

At Esboor, we believe in honest and transparent pricing.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see on the product page is the final price you will pay.
  • Taxes Included: All applicable sales taxes and surcharges are already included in the displayed product price.
  • No Surcharges: We do not charge additional fees for credit card processing or payment handling.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of secure payment options through Shopify Payments, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, and Maestro.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

4. Payment Timing

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Your account will be charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour, please contact us at support@esboor.com.

6. Billing Disputes

In the event of a billing error or dispute, please contact our support team immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and quickly.
