12 HOURS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE1. Cancellation Period
We work quickly to get your gear into production. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour window, your order enters our processing and customization phase, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
2. Customized & Personalized Items
For jerseys featuring custom names or numbers, production begins immediately after the 12-hour grace period. Once the customization process has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified as the item is being uniquely manufactured for you.
3. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@esboor.com with the subject line: "CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]"
4. Refunds For Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. As part of our Transparency Guarantee, you will be refunded 100% of the price paid — there are no hidden cancellation fees.
5. Orders Already Shipped
If an order has already been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.
