Orders are accepted only when shipping confirmation is issued.

Customers have a 12-hour cancellation window after purchase for a full refund.

Customized products enter production after the grace period and cannot be cancelled or modified.

• UK Delivery: 2–5 business days.
• USA & Europe: 8–10 business days.
• Orders require 1–2 business days processing time.

• Standard products include a 30-day return window.
• Personalized items are Final Sale unless defective.
