How long does delivery take?
For our UK customers, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after a 1–2 day processing period. For the USA and Europe, transit times are generally 8–10 business days.
Are there any hidden shipping fees?
No. At Esboor, the price you see on the product page includes all taxes and surcharges. We believe in 100% pricing transparency.
Orders & Customization
Can I change my order after placing it?
We offer a 12-hour window for any changes or cancellations. After 12 hours, your order enters the production phase, especially for customized items, and can no longer be modified.
Do you offer personalized jerseys?
Yes! Many of our kits allow for custom name and number placement. Please ensure all spelling is correct at checkout, as customized items are final sale.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-customized items in original condition. Please note that personalized gear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you charge restocking fees?
Absolutely not. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
